The Story
Project execution
-
01
Concept
Low, horizontal villas that sit gently in the landscape, with deep verandahs that frame the orchard on every side.
-
02
Vision
A restorative retreat for families to reconnect — with each other and with nature.
-
03
Inspirations
Tropical modernism of Geoffrey Bawa and the traditional wadis of rural Gujarat.
-
04
Design Philosophy
Let nature lead. Local stone, lime plaster and shaded courtyards keep homes naturally cool and timeless.
-
05
Execution
Completed and handed over in 2023 with all 24 villas sold. A dedicated estate team manages landscaping, security and housekeeping.
Our weekends have changed completely. Palm Retreat is the calmest place we know, and Radhyam still takes care of everything for us.
